Why this shape
At 19.5 by 15 inches this is cut to the size a cook actually folds over a hand, not the oversized square a household drawer holds. Tilit builds it stain resistant because a side towel takes coffee, stock and oil in the same shift and still has to look presentable in an open kitchen. They come three to a pack for the reason every line cook knows: one is on your shoulder, one is soaked, and one is clean.
