The country

El Salvador es sabor

El Salvador was for centuries the world's great añil producer — the country that dyed the world blue.

That blue is the añil of this store. The rest of the palette comes from the same place: volcanic rock, the coals under a comal, the gold of maíz.

Spain training archive

This is where judgment was trained.

The dishes, griddle, and kitchen team in these images belong to the hotel in Spain where Sigi studied and trained.

These are not catalog images or United States restaurant photographs. They are his Spain training archive, identified by the owner.

What you can count on

Shipping
Delivery time depends on the route each item actually ships on. A product is not published here until its route and cost are confirmed, so no shipping promise is made before it can be kept.
Returns
Before payment, every purchasable item will show its return window, method and destination. Products without complete return coverage do not enter checkout.
Support
The contact page is the front door for opening updates and store questions. Order-specific help will appear with ordering, where customers can find it immediately.
How this actually works
Chef Sigi does not manufacture these tools. They are selected from vetted suppliers and shipped from them directly. What is being sold is the judgment behind the selection — and where Sigi has personally tested something, the page says so, and where he has not, it says that too.
