Ordering status
Chef Sigi accepts orders. We ship to the United States and El Salvador. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never pass through this site. Shipping and return terms are shown at checkout before you are charged.
How orders are fulfilled
Items offered for purchase may ship directly from their maker or approved supplier. The product page and checkout will identify the route; orders using more than one route may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery times
A delivery estimate will appear before payment for every item that can be ordered. It remains an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and El Salvador — both price in US dollars, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay, with no conversion. Kitchen knives are culinary equipment and ship to both; checkout refuses any destination where lawful delivery cannot be confirmed before payment.
Returns
The return window, eligible condition, return address and postage responsibility are shown at checkout before you are charged. No purchase relies on terms that were hidden at checkout.
Damaged or wrong items
Every order confirmation includes support instructions for damaged or incorrect items and the evidence needed to arrange a replacement or refund.
