What to expect when ordering opens, with the final terms shown before payment.
Ordering status
Chef Sigi currently accepts opening-list signups, not orders. The opening list asks only for an email address. Shipping, returns and payment terms will be shown before the first order can be placed.
How orders are fulfilled
Items offered for purchase may ship directly from their maker or approved supplier. The product page and checkout will identify the route; orders using more than one route may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery times
A delivery estimate will appear before payment for every item that can be ordered. It remains an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Where we can ship knives
Kitchen knives are culinary equipment, but destination rules vary. Checkout will refuse any destination where lawful delivery cannot be confirmed before payment.
Returns
The return window, eligible condition, return address and postage responsibility will be displayed before ordering opens and again before payment. No purchase will rely on terms that were hidden at checkout.
Damaged or wrong items
When ordering opens, every confirmation will include support instructions for damaged or incorrect items and the evidence needed to arrange replacement or refund.
