Why this shape
A fine tip converts hand pressure into a predictable bead, which is the only way dots come out matching across twenty covers. Three ounces is deliberately small: a bottle you can hold and aim with one hand, and small enough that the sauce inside stays fresh through one service instead of sitting.

- Sauce dots, drizzles, purée lines, oils and vinaigrettes at the pass.
- Not for
- Thick or chunky sauces — a fine tip clogs. Strain first, or use a wide-mouth bottle.
- Care
