Titanion Titanium Plating Spoon, Gold

Place a quenelle, a purée or a sauce dot without the spoon fighting you.

Price$16.90

Published by Titanion: Titanion Plating Spoon, Gold (UA286, Plating Spoon variant). The price reference comes from the maker and can change.

Why this shape

Titanium is lighter than steel at the same stiffness, so the handle can be thickened for grip without the spoon becoming heavy in the fingers. The maker builds it specifically not to bend against firm ice creams and sorbets, which is where thin plating spoons usually fail.

Good for
Quenelles, purées, sauce dots and any presentation where the spoon is in the guest's line of sight.
Not for
Heavy scooping or prying — it is a finishing spoon, not a serving utensil.
Care
Corrosion-resistant titanium. Treat the gold finish as you would any coated tool.
